i just want to eat and eat and eat today. Its 5:00 i only have 250 calories left, and havent had supper yet.

    Couple of things, drink water and I'd even suggest a diet soda or something with carbonation (it'll have you feeling full and pick one with zero calories).. also, grab a veggie (not fruit depending on how much sugar you've had today).. celery, broccoli, mushrooms... I like to take bath, read a book or magazine, take a nap..chew gum ...some tips ..hope it helps, and hang on

    Hop on the treadmill and get some additional calories, then you won't feel so bad.

    That is me almost every day :(
    I went out to shovel snow today just so I could not feel as guilty eating dinner tonight.

    thanks guys, my boyfriends mom had us up for supper and she made valentines sugar cookies. They were way to good.
    Im just drinking water and had a fibre one bar, hopefully it will tide me over
