1800 calories to lose?

Can i still lose if i eat 1700/1800 calories a day burnin 400/500 of them? I'm 17 tall 167 cm and 58 kilos

You'll have to see yourself. At minimum, you need to be eating 1,200 NET calories a day. What works beyond that will depend on your body. Some people lose weight at 1,300 calories and others lose weight at 2,300 calories. Trial and error.0

Sure - you might even need to eat more than that. I eat that much before exercise and eat back all my exercise calories. Like the other poster said, trial and error!0
