I JUST READ THAT BREATHING USES UP LESS CALORIES THAN HOLDING YOUR BREATH. I AM GOING TO HOLD MY BREATH FOR THE WHOLE MONTH OF DECEMBER. WHO IS WITH ME?!?!

    so far I've been holding my breath for a few minutes now, I count 3, to prepare myself for no breath December. I aam abaout to hit 4 mintyes but I think im feleing a bit lightehaded.     I feel it is my duty as a responsible MFP user to caution you against this diet plan. Many people on this site are tempted by quick weight loss fads with "not breathing" being the latest. What you don't hear is that, in most cases, not breathing can lead to death...or worse. Good luck.
