Am I Lightly Active?

I'm not sure what I am....
I work a desk job, but I work out at the gym 4-5 days a week. I put lightly active, it upped my daily calories, I hope its the right choice.

How would you describe your normal daily activities?
Sedentary: Spend most of the day sitting (e.g. bank teller, desk job)

Lightly Active: Spend a good part of the day on your feet (e.g. teacher, salesman)

Active: Spend a good part of the day doing some physical activity (e.g. waitress, mailman)

Very Active: Spend most of the day doing heavy physical activity (e.g. bike messenger, carpenter)

I am very much sedentary. I work at home so sometimes, the most I walk is down and up a flight of stairs a few times per day.
I did however pick up a PT job doing catering, but it's only a few days a week so I left my setting on sedentary.

Don't count your workouts as your day-to-day movement, leave your setting on sedentary and add your workouts for exercise calories to eat back on the days you go to the gym.

Thank you. I always eat back as many calories as I need, I couldn't do this if I didn't..
