I have just recently joined mfp. My father, brother and I are all joining the same diet to try and get in shape and ready for a family vacation to the Bahamas. Like I stated on my profile, I wrestled for ten years and have had to do the dieting and skipping meals for a large majority of my life. After graduating I soaked up the life of being able to eat and drink whatever I wanted. This came back to bite me in the butt majorly. Along with working out and taking many different types of proteins, I ended up putting on weight over these past six years. I joined MFP to try and get motivation and support to get myself back down to a healthier weight, but to do it the right way and not the wrestling way.
