    Cliff Bars = Marginally healthier than a candy bar. They have about 6 different code names for sugar in them, e.g. brown rice syrup, evaporated cane juice, etc.

    yeah I saw the sugar, but thought hey, organic... could be good? then I saw the brown rice syrup and remembered some one some time told me something about it and it wasnt good. lol.

    funny story... i used to eat them as an actual snack when i was eating tons of junk food just cause they tasted good lol!

    They're delicious, convenient and filling - nothing wrong with sugar, if it fits in your calorie goal, go for it.
