How about a Recipe to start off the Holidays. FAT FREE-SUGAR FREE EGGNOG!!
1 Package Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
6 Cups Fat Free Milk or Silk Milk
    1 tsp Nutmeg
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Cup Fat-Free Evaporated Milk

-In a bowl combine the pudding mix with 2 cups fat-free milk, nutmeg (if using) vanilla extract and sugar substitute (to taste) mix on low speed using an electric mixture until thickened (adjust the sugar substitute to taste if needed).

-Pour into a large container with a tight-fitting lid; add in 3 cups milk, cover with lid and shake vigorously.

-Add in evaporated milk with remaining 1 cup milk and shake well again.

-Chill and shake again before using.

    Enjoy
