Love this! You look great!!
I was never a 1200 calorie a day person, but I am new to the IPOARM plan and loving that I can lose weight AND eat!0 -
AMAZING, cheers to lots of food and a long happy life to go with it!
Soo happy to see others eating appropriately. I started out starving myself, ended up down the EM2WL path and although it has been anything but easy I am improving my relationship with food and am seeing similar results start to occur as you I'm 5'5 and 169 lbs eating around 2000 cal give or take 200 to LOSE weight and its fabulous!
Thanks so much for sharing visual evidence!0 -
Total awesomeness. You look fantastic, girl!!0

Thanks for posting this! I am in the process of boosting my calories up, and I haven't fully adjusted to it yet - less than one week at it. Plus I am still scared Examples like this reduce my anxiety about it.
This is exactly why I posted this! Not as a "look at me" post, but as a "look what eating 2,000 a day/eating a higher cal diet can do." I've lost fat, but gotten stronger and maintained LBM. This said, I STILL have days that I struggle...but I get over it very quickly!!! Mental blocks are the toughest. Send me a friend request if you want, and definitely friend helloitsdan.0 -

Love strong women who EAT! Rock on!!!0

WOW! I have been super afraid to eat to much. MFP says I should eat 1200 not taking in account exercise. You prove that you do not need to be hungry to lose weight. Thanks for sharing.0

The link you provided answered the question that's been driving me a little crazy for some time now (obvious metabolic slowdown, wasn't sure what to do, how much to eat, bla bla bla.) Couldn't get a straight answer anywhere, nobody had any hard facts.
This, this is what I was jonesing to find: thank you. Thank you. THANK YOU.0 -
Love this! Your progress is awesome and you look HEALTHY. I totally agree with you, when you work out hard you have to feed your body. Great job!0

I did that for a while *not trying to* and went from 149 to 155. Great job but it's not for everyone.0

Hells yeah! I wanted to kill someone when I took MFP's suggestion to cut my calories to 1380. I only did that for two weeks. I'm still losing with 1530 and even go over a couple of times a week...0

Fantastic results!0

Simply amazing!0

Oh no... a girl that eats.... get scared!
Great results on a more serious note! More people need to learn that eating more can lose weight so long as you're eating what you burn and eating sensible and not just stuffing your face with trash.0 -
LOL I love the post title. Congrats on an amazing job!!! You look super!0
