Hi all. I'm looking for other men and women here that goals may be to actually gain weight rather than loose it.
I'm actually not under weight according to the so called specialist but I still would liked to put on around 15 to twenty pounds. I'm a guy so of course I would like for that gain to be muscle..
I am looking for any men and or women that have similar goals in mind here on the site that might want to be friends and help keep one another inspired.
Thanks

OK...Everyone above has been added.. Everyone else...Jump in with us by either adding to me or asking to be added/
BIG QUESTION? How do you get the add on at the bottom of each post that shows GAINING WEIGHT? All I can find is one for "loosing weight" under the setting tab... there is only one for ticker and mine shows "weight lost" lol0 -

The best option I managed to pick out is when you get to the options, pick "weight to go" and "actual weight." It'll still show it like mine as "0 pounds to go" but it will at least imply which direction you're trying to go, instead of the "negative" weight to "lose" like your's currently haha.
Unfortunately they haven't gotten around to ever adding a specific "gain" ticker...lame. Guess we're the minority in the end..0 -
I'm bulking now0

I am in bulking process too! GAINERS UNITE! THUNDERCATS!0

I know you people are out there...gainers, add me!0

I'm bulking too. It's sometimes difficult to eat enough to meet high calorie goals, so it's nice to find other gainers to get meal ideas and for motivation. Anyone feel free to add me!0

I'm bulking right now. I started at 6'1" 165 lbs. I'm currently at 170 after 4 weeks eating 3,100 calories per day. My goal is to hit 180-185 over the winter and then cut a few pounds for next spring. I'm finding if I do not track my intake, I am WAY under on required calories. Good luck to you in meeting your goal!0

HackDiesel, thanks for the tip... I was wondering about that.0

You can try using a mass building supplement. I use to take some when I was lifting hard. some of them are around 1,000 cals
a serving and 170g of carbs.0 -

I tried a supposedly good whey but didnt see much result.. I drank it mainly at night.. I'm giving GNC's re-feed which is a slow release a try,.. I got it at a deal lol so I figured why not.... I cant give any results yet as I've only started with it last night.0 -

I am also trying a 40-30-30 ratio on the macro nutrients. That ends up being approx. 300g carbs, 230g protein, and 100g fat per day for me. I struggle getting the 300g of carbs trying to keep it clean with oatmeal, sweet potatoes, brown rice, fruits and veggies etc. You basically have to eat all day long every couple of hours.0 -
EVERYONE from this point up has been added!!!
keep an eye on my simple extra daily challenges in the fitness section called "Dwanes Daily GAINERS challenge".0
