Fiber calories from binge??

Hey everyone,

So, calorie-wise, this weekend was a mess (4000 calories on saturday, 3200 on sunday). Lots of emotional eating went down but happily a lot of it was healthy food. That said, I racked up around 210 grams of dietary fiber! I usually eat about 20-40 grams per day and don't count it out of my calories of course, but I'm wondering if I maybe should count some calories out because of how much I had of it. This may just be wishful thinking and me trying to make myself feel better about an awful binge, but what is your opinion??

    Count them all then drink a ton of water and flush it out. You may have been running too low on calories and your body had enough of starving. Better to lower calories slightly than to starve and binge. Good luck

    Just log whatever you had. You already ate what you ate, now it's time to face it and move on. Jimmying the numbers to make them *look* better has no effect on what already happened. It is what it is. Just pull it together, and start over- it's not that big of a deal to have a bad weekend. Just move on and don't let it derail you.
