Time to shead the smoking weight!

Hello,

I am Kim! I just quit smoking 3 months ago and I have put on 10-15 pounds since then. Not a good thing at all! As proud of myself as I am for quitting, I can not continue to gain weight. I am already heavy enough. This extra stuff is not good. So in an attempt to make a COMPLETE lifestyle change, here I am.

One of my favorite movie quotes is " if you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball" - Patches O'Houlihan (Dodge Ball)
So I just took it up a notch and said, " If I can dodge a cigarette, I can dodge food!"

Good luck to everyone on their journey. I know its early, but just think of all the things in life that you have started and succeeded at. If none of us had that capability, we would all be crawling instead of walking.
