Reduced Waistline :-)

I have not yet lost all the weight I want to but I am extremely happy because I can see a major difference in my figure and cant stop smiling.
In less than two months my waist has been reduced from 37" to 29.5 inches :happy:
My hips have also gone down from 50" to 45.5 :happy:
I have lost some of my bust which is well worth the sacrifice
I am once again and sexy confident, individual

    First find out your target calories and follow a macro split that suits your needs. I like a 40 40 20 of pro/carbs/fat and took my bodyweight and multiplied by 11 to get total cals per day =)

    I was using the African Mango Diet Drops while on 500 Calories, which wasn't as bad as it sounds. That was before finding this site and knowing there was an healthier alternative
