Over the weekend I had to go down a pant size.

Today at work about 5 different people asked if I'd lost weight!

    My best friend told me yesterday that I look like I could be picked up and thrown by him. So that was an interesting one.

    Went from 6.5 stones heavier than him to 1 stone heavier.
