Tesco Sardines in Sunflower oil DRAINED 84g, according to the tin is 95 calories but i have noticed that on this site they are ridiculously higher like 220 calories

Which one do i go by

    Hmmm.. I always opt for the higher calories and the lower calorie burns (to be safe) .. Maybe you can look it up online -- google it?

    Maybe go with the average of the 2 ..

    Sorry .. I know I just posted .. but I looked this up .. I got 220 cals for 120 grams .. here:

    you'd have to figure out how much it would be for 85g .. about 155.55 calories ..
