Anyone else on Antidepressants??

Hi again...new here, sorry I have a few questions!
I am currently on 4 psychotropic medications for a severe postpartum depression (lithium being one of them). I've gained 60lbs since starting these meds in 2010 and now I'm desperate to get rid of it!
Anyone else on meds that make you gain, and how are you adjusting your weight loss routine to address that issue? (less cals than recommended, more exercise..)
