How often do you weigh in?

I go from a few times a day to a few times a month! I want to keep close tabs but don't want to obsess. What have you found is the best spacing for weigh-ins? Thanks!

  • Once a week is good. You can become bound to the scale (like moi :bigsmile: ) and that's not a good thing. Your body weight fluctuates with water and if you are like me...I have bad fluctuation and can gain water weight at the drop of a hat...sometimes 3 lbs in one day! You will be encouraged one day and discouraged the next. I'm not looking at my scale for 30 days and going back to eating healthy.

    Get your focus off the scale or you will be chained to it. Once a week is good to keep tabs on yourself. Your main goal is to be healthy.
