Hi community, my name is Mike and I'm from Youngstown Ohio, I've recently started working out at the gym to help boost my weight lose. I am really getting a full scale picture on what I eat with the App. I am not 100% on the exercise part though since no two people are the same. I was curling 95lbs for about 10mins 3 sets of 10 and it said I burnt 75 calories, not sure if it's accurate or not but still very nice.
2 weeks ago I weighed in at 254lbs. Date I'm currently at 242lbs with proper diet and working the fat off. I am drinking a lot of water, cut of soda and most certainly JUNK food. My goal is 185lbs before spring time. I am 6'0 and stocky build. I put up motivation t-shirt in my room so I don't lose track of my goal.
Well I don't know if this is an intro but there it is, Hope to meet new people and talk about new stories.
