Metabolism boosters

I need help lately I feel like I’ve hit a plateau and I don’t know how to shock my metabolism to start the weight loss again. I work out 3-5days a week (3 days training/lifting and 3 days cardio) when my work week permits. Lately I’m hungry and have to be mindful of me snacking on the wrong foods but can anyone suggest ways to increase my metabolism.

    Your metabolism doesn't require shocking or jump starting. I'd start by increasing your activity to burn more calories.

    Might I suggest that your body is getting used to your routine. Keep exercising, but change it up. Use some new muscles.Stick with it.

    The only metabolism booster is to develop more lean muscle mass. It's a myth that you can reset your metabolism by eating something.
