    None, ratios are foolish. Shoot for minimums in protein and fats everyday and let the rest of your cals fall where they may, so shoot for a minimum of 1g of pro/lb of lbm and .35g of fat/lb of bw, let whatever cals you have leftover be spread over the 3 macros
