Too much protein and/or sugar??

Does anyone else have trouble sticking to the mfp limit for protein, carbs, sugar??
I seem to be fine on the carb level but if I add a couple of pieces of fruit to my day I seem to go over the sugar limit which is so frustrating!!! I also seem to be doing this with protein its frustrating cause I feel like I am eating perfectly otherwise!! Does anyone else feel like this?!

    MFP sets the sugar bar arbitrarily low. If you are within your cals don't worry. same with protein or fat.
    You can customize your macros if you wish.

    depends on the kind of sugar you get. if your eating candy and cookies as a source of sugar then worry about it but if your like me and go way over because of eating to much fruit like apples that are loaded with sugar dont worry about it

    ^^ This ^^. I don't worry about it, if it is from a healthy source such as fruit.

    Thanks for your reply everybody! I think i will alter the amounts, so i dont feel discouraged from having fruit as a snack!! Glad to know i am not alone on this!! :o)

    definatly not i was worried about it for a while to. and as far as protein goes dont worry to much about it either as long as you exercise going red in that can be a good thing
