Hello all!
Been signed up to to the site for a while now and love reading everyones stories and see everyone support each other! I hadn't really looked for friends before because knowing me, i'd have a tendency to cheat if i ate anything bad or didn't stick to my goal.
But that's not working, so i'm looking for friends/motivation to try and keep me on track and just to get some advice from people on this site who have done it, and are continuing to lose weight! Anyone who has lost a lot of weight is good as i'm looking for ways to improve/make my meals more interesting. I'm losing weight, but i know i could do better!
Men, women, young, old, doesn't matter really. Just looking for support, advice and some motivation!

I'm always willing to give any guidance I can. Dropped over 40lbs through diet and exercise this year. Also lowered my choloesterol 35 points. I'm currently on wwek 4 of my 2nd time through Insanity program. You can also find me as a coach on the beachbody website as SWREZn8.
I totally know where you are coming from with the film industry and food for the taking. I work part time in entertainment business in Atlantic city and there's always food to eat. Then of course long shifts and then eat again.0 -

And Rez, thanks, i have a similar physique now in your before photo. Looking forward to have a look at your diary if you don't mind? And yeah, the food the FOOD! My self control is my biggest weakness so it was a nightmare. I'm not in that industry at the moment so it's ok, the main problem now though, is logging all the food. I live in South Korea so am having a hard time being accurate!0 -

Lol thats so right!
Hope motivation helps man, but yeah the most important thing you need to have is: Will.
Sometimes I am feel soo like not wanting to exercise one day or the other, then i look at my belly and say: "You have to go!" and it takes a lot of will to start the exercises but, sometimes on those days, I end up doing more ex than a regular day.
