Besides the obvious problem, that is :P
The last couple of weeks every time I have stepped on my digital scale it has bounced around hugely (like from 100lbs to 250lbs and sometimes to OVERLOAD which, thanks) and then usually errored out before settling on a number.
Does this sound like a battery problem or a scale problem? I don't want to go hunting for one of those weird round flat batteries when I really just need a new scale! Thanks.

I would change the battery..if it does the same thing with new batteries..it is time for a new one.
I had the same problem, sometimes it said I was 50lbs lighter even with new batteries.. Unfortunately new one matches the doctor's office.. :noway:0 -
Mine does that! It depends on where I have it on the floor. It's the weirdest thing. Gets my hopes up though ;( I'll try changing the batteries.0
