Stopped...again @.@

So I started dieting and exercising back in June of this year, I was keeping track of my diet and exercising almost 4-5 days a week, I lost about 10 pounds the first 2 and a half weeks of doing this. I kept dieting but then stopped exercising because I wanted a "2 day break here" and another day break there....Then after about 3 months we started hanging out with a lot of friends again and going out a lot...Then school started and I am back to square one, no dieting, no exercising...I went from checking My Fitness Pal and weight almost every single day and measuring as well to absolutely not touching the app or scale anymore >.< I kept telling myself I was going to start dieting and exercising again soon but realized why not right now?
How do you guys do it to keep exercising and avoid stopping everything that you are doing. It makes me upset because at the rate I was going I think I would be down about 20-40 pounds right now which would make me feel AMAZING about myself again. I always start but always end up stopping for one reason or another. Need motivation and support ;-;
