My Food Diary?

Could you please take a look at my food diary over the last couple of days and let me know if there is anything that I should work on, or maybe something I'm eating that isn't healthy? Im not looking to lose weight, just trying to maintain and maybe gain a pound or two the healthy way? :)

    I'd say a pretty good diary overall, just a couple of tweaks if it was me - have the nuts but try to avoid the ones with extra salt, even if it means roasting your own with some spices to give good flavour, and I'd like to see some olive oil and more dairy like yoghurt - like I said, minor things and I'd be happy if my diary looked like that every day!

    Looks pretty healthy. If it were me I would add more green veggies and decrease the bread.

    If you're asking for opinions, is there something in particular that you feel concerned about?

    The one thing that jumps out at me is the nuts - that's 330 calories every day, with a pretty high fat content. Maybe reduce the portion size/ quantity.
  • Your diet looks really healthy, I could take a few tips from it myself so I don't have much advice to give really, nice work!
