I need help. I'm stuck at the 150 mark. I need to get below it and I've been as small as 135 that I can remember so WHAT CAN I DO TO GET BACK BELOW 150?

I do need to drink a lot more water. I hate sodas and flavored drinks but I DO love my coffee haha0 -

Thanks I'll try that. I already cut out dairy (I realize I'm can't have dairy without feeling like complete crap)
and I don't like breads and cut out pastas. cutting out sugars and drinking a lot more water should help..0 -

no need to cut bread eat everything just fit it into ur macrosIIFYM0 -
Drop calories by 200 (just throwing that number out there as a starting point) and reevaluate after 2-3 weeks. If you have stalled on weight loss for 2-3 weeks, your eating at maintence.0

I am also stuck at 150, I started doing group core classes, group aerobics/step, dance, and C25k and hopefully things will change.0
