I need help. I'm stuck at the 150 mark. I need to get below it and I've been as small as 135 that I can remember so WHAT CAN I DO TO GET BACK BELOW 150?
Ugh it's been bothering me that I can't get past this stupid weight.

    Thats out of the question. My man is deployed and I'm faithful to him :) lol
    then more cardio? Zumba or Spinning will do - cut any flavored drinks and just drink water =)

    then more cardio? Zumba or Spinning will do - cut any flavored drinks and just drink water =)

    I do need to drink a lot more water. I hate sodas and flavored drinks but I DO love my coffee haha

    Thanks I'll try that. I already cut out dairy (I realize I'm can't have dairy without feeling like complete crap)
    and I don't like breads and cut out pastas. cutting out sugars and drinking a lot more water should help..

    HAHAH, That made me laugh too, i find that when i eliminate sugar from my tea/coffee, and dont eat any bread, pasta or potatoes at all, i fare better, but i can never keep it up for long. lol. x

    Drop calories by 200 (just throwing that number out there as a starting point) and reevaluate after 2-3 weeks. If you have stalled on weight loss for 2-3 weeks, your eating at maintence.

    2. Drop calories by 200-250 a day
    3. Try zig zag

    I am also stuck at 150, I started doing group core classes, group aerobics/step, dance, and C25k and hopefully things will change.
