what about....

Activities like, running around the house picking stuff up or doing laundry and dishes and dusting and vacuuming? How does that factor in with exercise? Or is that built in too?

Also, my husband has a job that has him on his feet and working (manual labor) all day. How would he log that here?

That's factored in when you select your normal daily activity option on your profile settings.

Sedentary: Spend most of the day sitting (e.g. bank teller, desk job)

Lightly Active: Spend a good part of the day on your feet (e.g. teacher, salesman)

Active: Spend a good part of the day doing some physical activity (e.g. waitress, mailman)

Very Active: Spend most of the day doing heavy physical activity (e.g. bike messenger, carpenter)

Personally, I do not factor in cleaning and picking up stuff around the house. IMO that is just daily stuff. If you want to count it though, there is a cleaning category under cardio.

In regards to your husband, again since that is something that is done everyday and I am assuming has been done everyday for awhile, I would not count it. But again, you can search in the cardio section and find something that fits the type of activity.

    Hope that helps!
