Posting photos to MFP

Hi I wanted to ask can anyone tell me how to post photos on here . I have been able to place a photo onmy profile through my phone but not sure how to post more than 1 photo ?? I have a Instagram that I post recipes and progress pics that I will like to share here my IG name is the same as here CYNDYMAR

I am new here but as far as I could tell I had to have local copies of them on this computer to upload. I downloaded some from my Google Drive and uploaded from here. GL
