    I do that because I work nights.. I log it as the day off.

    usually the day before because to me my day doean't "end" until i go to bed.

    although i must admit if i eat after midnight, it goes on the next day! lol that way i dont feel like i "ruined" my day.

    I just put it the day of since the new day doesn't start for me until I have woken up the next morning. : )

    It depends on your intentions, do you want it to be for the night before? If so then count it as the night before. If you exercised after midnight for the purpose of that being your next day's workout then log it as that. It's not really a big deal. I would log it as the night before personally.

    As a night shift worker I log both my exercise and food on the day I woke up, even if I'm working out the next day at 6 a.m.
