was doing well with my calorie counting right up until the pregame show.now i'm gonna need a calculator to figure out how much i'm over.:sad:

  • I agree!! I think the beer(s) alone was more than 1200 cals!!
  • I gave up trying to keep track! its pathetic how much food I consumed today. ugh so gross!

    At least its just one day!! =D We can all just start over again tomorrow and be back on track. =)
  • Just work out enough tomorrow to burn off however much you went over today, and make sure you're under tomorrow! It's ok you shouldn't feel like you're depriving yourself!
  • No beer of drinks and I was under my calorie intake after exercise by 75 calories! Im proud. Still more than I wanted to consume today but tomorrow is another day...a new week...we all can start over! Dont beat yourself up!
  • I went way over too! Walked on the treadmill for an hour and a half. Offset my overindulgence some.
  • I am so glad I was working tonight, otherwise I would have been in the same boat...LOL...MAYBE!!!
