How Do You Log Cardio & Strength Training?

Hi, lately I've been doing workouts that combine cardio (Aerobic high impact feet off the ground) and strength training with hand wieghts, sit ups, push ups, plank etc

I've been logging it as 'Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort' is this adequate, do you think it effectively covers the aerobic element?

What would/do you do?

Don't know how you would log it. But it sounds like you are doing yourself some good.
Maybe search "Crossfit" on the message boards. I know a lot of people who do Crossfit have asked the same question, that is, how to log their workouts. They have the same dilemma. What they do is weight lifting, but it has a strong aerobic, cardio component.

When I do cardio bursts mixed with lifitng I log it as Circuit Training. It I am just adding weights as part of an overall cardio segment then I just log it as Aerobics (or walking or whatever) and I know in my head that I got a little extra calorie burn due to the additional weight.
