i'm super excited about this site. it seems like such a supportive, amazing community. i'm hoping it will help keep me on track with my weight loss goals. because ultimately this is a life style change, not just a diet.

Hi i joined 3 weeks ago really enjoying the site ,1st week i was amazed to have lost 4lb what a shock then the following two stayed the same .As long as i hang onto that 4lb I'm happy hope you do well
