I just started Fitness Blender's 8 week program and I love it. All their stuff is free and they also have a youtube channel. They have a great variety (strength, cardio, pilates, stretching, etc.)

This is a video from the creators of the website:

Feel free to add me, as I will be working at home as well

nerdfitness.com has a lot of exercises and you don't need equipment. This is what I use.

What everyone else said, and also Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is on Youtube. There are three levels and they are tough! Each level is a 20 minute workout based on circuit training (3 min strength, 2 min cardio, 1 min abs, repeat 3 times) so it works ya all over. When I started working out at home I started out with this and it really kickstarted my weight loss, along with eating healthy and watching calories, and I still do a Jillian workout 2-3 times per week as part of my regular routine. Also do some running outside (when it's not freezing!), ballet classes, and P90X videos. I hate the gym.
