Only lost .5 this week and question

Hi
I know this happens once in a while, so I'm not stressed about only loosing .5 pounds
My question is, that I am still sticking with my alloted cals for the day, not going overboard..
BUT I have been stressed and eating more snacks (dark chocolate etc) and less REAL food...
Could that be a reason for the low weight lose?

The stress probably has more to do with it than anything else! The body doesn't deal with stress very well! Hope it gets better.0

It's possible, you can try cutting them down more and see what results you get. 1/2 a pound is still good so hang in there.:flowerforyou:0

I noticed on your profile that you have already lost 17 pounds and only have 4 more to go to get to your goal weight. It is usually harder to lose the last few stubborn pounds, our bodies just want to hang onto them longer. :laugh: It will probably take you longer to lose them than what you would like, but remember you are losing in a healthy way and that means the pounds will stay off. Keep up the good work.0
