HI ALL,

I HAVE A QUESTION......CAN YOU LOSE 1 LB A DAY.....CAUSE I THINK I AM LOSING 1 LB A DAY SOMETIMES WHEN I EAT 1200 CALORIES AND I WORKOUT.....BUT WHEN I JUST EAT 1200 CALORIES AND NO WORKOUT I DONT LOSE THAT MUCH.

SO MY QUESTION IS CAN I LOSE 1 LB A DAY IS IT HEATHLY OR NOT...CAUSE FROM YESTERDAY AND THIS MORNING I LOSE 1 LB.

  • Your weight can fluctuate quite a few pounds a day, so I wouldn't really worry about it!!

    Each pound is eaqual to 3500 calories so you would have to have a deficit of 3500 calories in a day to lose a pound of fat. So it would be really hard to do that. You could lose a pound of other things though like water, or muscle. Sometimes at first the weight seems to come off f faster and that's often water weight.
