ISO lightweight roomy (in the thighs) workout pants!

Once upon a time, a long time ago, I found some workout pants that fit. They were C9 at Target, and a very lightweight, thin fabric (kind of an airtech fabric) and had enough room for my enormous thighs. They were regular length and straight but not clingy anywhere. They were flattering and cool and covered my legs. Heaven!
I went on-line to buy them again, and...nothing. I looked for them high and low. I sent my parents to Target to try and buy them in the store. They bought some that are too heavy, have a stripe down the side and are not flattering at all.
Does anyone else have these problems? Can you steer me towards some decent work-out pants that are not jersey, fleece or two layered?
Thanks!

I have some capris from Target that fit that description. Would capris work, or do you need full length? These are black with a white stripe down the leg. I also have a pair of men's mesh pants from JC Penney that are roomy in the legs and breathable. They were both under $20.0
