The Fatty in Zumba (Blog Post)
Blog post I hope is an encouragement to all the curvy girls who might be hesitant to try Zumba. I'm the largest one in there (180 lbs, size 16), but it's been very good for me.

(and yes, I realize certain people will be offended that I use the word fatty, but that's exactly how these thin girls and special ops built guys think of me, and I refuse to lie to myself).

I think Zumba is fun. There are women from all shapes and sizes in the classes at my facility. The instructor is fit, but she's built and she's curvy. The thing I like most about Zumba is that everyone I see losing weight in the classes keeps a curvy shape. It seems to slim every woman while leaving her with the hourglass. Of course this isn't 100% for all because we all have different body types but you can definitely tell a difference in the weight loss of Zumba ladies and that of runners.
You're 180 and a size 16, I am 253 and a size 16. Just goes to show the NUMBER doesn't matter. YAY0
