TDEE? BMR? Clean Calories? Couple questions.

Ok, so I am reading through the post and see the above mentioned items all over. What the heck do they mean?
Also, I have lost 24 lbs in 6 weeks. I am 316 lbs, 6 ft tall, and a male. MFP (ha, I know that one) says I should be eating 2210 calories a day. When I first started, I lost 19 lbs in 3 weeks and I was eating around 1600 calories, then the scale stopped moving. So I read to up my calories, and the weight is coming off again. I know it will come slowly, and i am good with that.
Last question; does it really matter where I get that 2210 calories? I am not going to Qdoba and getting a double steak burrito anymore, but I do eat an Arbys Roast Beef or a Taco from Taco Bell while staying under my calories. Is that OK?

BMR = Basal Metabolic Rate. This is the number of calories your body uses for basic organ functions.
TDEE = Total Daily Energy Expenditure. This is the number of calories you burn doing normal daily activities, including BMR.
Clean Calories refers to calories consumed from non-processed foods.
You lost a significant amount of weight early on. It is likely a good portion of it was water weight. Water fluctuates constantly in the body, so it is difficult to know exactly how much one weighs due to that.
You can get your food from any source you see fit. Just be sure to have plenty of protein.0 -
Nope.
The only thing I worry about hitting is my protein. I have cut down on a lot of stuff, but I haven't cut anything completely out. I try to drink more soda than water and not to eat as much bad carbs, but that's about it. I don't worry about sugar, sodium or anything else.
FYI, I am 6'4, 216 lbs, lifting heavy three days a week with no cardio. I am currently eating 2300 a day and losing fat and gaining lbm consistently. Now my scale weight only moves about once a month (about 2 pounds), but I am more concerned with bf % anyway.0 -

I have fast food AT LEAST once a week. The body doesn't use protein or fat or carbs different, based on what kind of food they came from. Now you may experience a difference in how long you stay full and such, depending on what foods you eat, but I seem to do ok for the most part.
I think what Dana said is key, for me at least. Get plenty of protein. That is the only macro I really watch.
EDIT***and as far as calories, count and log EVERYTHING. You'd be surprised how little things can add up.0 -

It looks like most of your concerns have been answered already, I thought reading over the following thread would be insightful since you did have these questions though.

If you want to maintain your current weight, 2120 calories a day.
And between 1700-1800 calories (15-20% less than your TDEE) to lose weight0
