I am currently 275lbs .. I was 324 Jan 2010 had gastric bypass and lost about 110lbs got pregnant March 2011 and gained about 50-60lbs, had my son and lost most of it, had Mirena (IUD) put in and bloated/gained weight and back up to 275 I feel so large and unhappy! Well I had Mirena taken out today and felt amazing immediately! ... So starting tomorrow morning is the beginning to my NEW life... I was wondering if woman can share their success stories and pictures? I am SO excited to get down to where I wanna be

No pics to post to you, but wanted to say "WTG!".... you will succeed - just use the tool you were given, and you will drop the weight again in no time!! My goal is around 165 once I am done, and although I have a ways to go, I wont let anything stop me!!
Good luck!!0 -
Congrats on the baby and congrats on deciding to start your weight loss journey. I have pictures posted on my profile but I can tell you that I used to weigh 200 lbs and I wasnt even pregnant so I have no excuse. lol. I was very depressed and unhappy with myself and decided to finally stop complaining about do something about it. Ive battled with my weight off and on since I was about 19 or 20. Ive been through the weight loss process 3 times now and the last time was actually due to pregnancy where I gained 36 lbs. When I had my son I was 171 lbs. 6 months after I had my son my weight was back to 134 (pre pregnancy weight). From there I kept it going and have been maintaining at 124 lbs since March of this year. This is the smallest I have ever been and the longest Ive been able to maintain my weight. Ive been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2005 because fitness has now become my passion and helping people realize their potential to do anything they put their mind to is something that is very important to me. Thats the summary of my story.
You can do this! you have to believe in yourself and believe in your abilities because if not, it wont work and you will be continue to battle with weight issues. Use MFP to keep track of EVERYTHING you eat....begin an exercise program that you will be able to stick with. Surround yourself with people that feel the same way about their health as you do. That is best advice that I can give.
Feel free to add me for support and motivation.0
