Do any of you work night shift, and sometimes sleep during the day. What's the best way to track your food and stay on track?

Plan out and calculate your food in advance... then follow what you planned...0

I agree with above comment. I do work night shift, I have to preplan my meals. I do entire week on Sundays. Great luck.0

Hi, I do shift work including nights. I have just finished 3x 13 hour night shifts so I find by the time I get up I haven't got time to eat at home, I do pre plan meals and take food with me, but I either feel icky (that horrible night shift feeling) or too busy to eat in which case i end up not eating enough. Or people bring yummy snack and I end up splurging and eating loads of rubbish! It's hard to get right on nights! I try to have lots of healthy snacks with me and eat little and often through the night if I can. Xx0

I don't understand how night shift is any different from being awake during the day and sleeping at night...0
