Weight fluctuation

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem...
I weigh myself one morning and the next when I weigh, i have gained, say, 2 pounds. ( I know I don't eat that many calories)
I know that weight fluctuates but I have to work my butt off over the next week to lose those 2 pounds. They just don't "go away". I drink plenty of water, watch my sodium intake, I've even stopped eating dinner. Just have a protien shake.
Is there anybody else that has this problem. Maybe i should throw the scale away??
I've talked to a few people and their weight gain is just temporary, they don't have to work it off.
Thanks for any feedback or suggestions.

Everyone's weight fluctuates. Weigh yourself once a week or once a month, whatever. But not every day.
Eat dinner.
I can't see your diary so that's the only help I can offer.0 -
