So, I've been wondering...as long as I'm staying under my daily calorie intake, does it really matter what I'm eating? Like, could I eat a whole package of Oreo's as long as that was all I ate that day? And how does processed sugar negatively effect your body?
I have another issue that I could really use some help with. I'm a college student and I just got married. My husband and I are living in this tiny studio apartment (think small hotel room), so I live in my kitchen - literally my bed is 5 feet from the fridge. I get done with classes by 12 or so everyday and I'm always starving by the time I get home (I'm bad at eating breakfast...but even when I do eat before class it never holds me over). And, to make things worse, my husband doesn't get home from work until about 6. So here's the dilemma: I find myself eating myself silly for like two hours because I'm literally surrounded by food and ALONE. So I usually eat about 700-900 calories in an hour or two. Then I find myself absolutely stuffed and don't eat much else for the rest of the day...so technically my calorie intake has been really low lately, but I'm eating the majority of my calories in 1-2 hours! What impact could this have on my body (metabolism, weight gain/loss, etc.)? I workout for at least an hour 6 days a week, and it's usually pretty intense running. What would you all suggest for me? Any advice is welcome! Thanks in advance
