Doing It the Healthy Way This Time

Hi all! My name is Kristen, and I am 22 years old. Over the past few years, I have consistently fluctuated between 130-180 pounds. A couple years ago, I hired a trainer, and to impress him and my friends I pretty much starved myself to lose the weight. I went from 180-132 in two months. I looked sick, and as soon as I started eating normal again I blew right back up. The next summer, I lost weight again, and did it healthier, but still had an extremely low calorie intake. You can guess what happened: blew up again. Well this time around, I decided to do this the healthy way. I've been working out everyday for the past month, and I've been watching what I eat, but not restricting myself. I am hoping I can use this to encourage a long term healthy lifestyle. I am SICK of fluctuating, and my skin doesn't like it either (stretch marks showing up this time around, it's time to nip this bad habit in the bud). I can't wait to reach my goal, and never have to go back to the bad place of 180 pounds again.
