Hi there my name is Valerie and I'm 33. I've been doing Weight Watchers for a little while, but a friend at work introduced me to this site because I can follow it with my Iphone. So far so good. I'm looking to lose around 50 pounds. I'm currently at 225, and hope to be at 175 before the end of the year (crossing my fingers). Excited to get going and becoming familiar with this program : )

Hi Valerie, welcome to MFP. It is a great tool in tracking what you eat. My wife did Weight Watcher for a while, and has since gained the weight back. I'm trying to get her to use a tool like this to track what she eats.
