Hey, I'm Bekah. I've been on and off this site for a few months now, but now I've finally decided to get serious about being healthy!
Whenever I very first started my weight loss journey, I weighed in at 265 at 14. After my father passed away, my new guardians welcomed me into their family and showed me a new life style. I started dieting and exercising, losing 75 lbs from my freshman year in high school to junior year. I stopped dieting and exercising after one of my guardians passed away during my Junior year. Now I am ready to get back in the game and get healthy! I love reading and obtaining motivation from others and am glad I am not the only one on this journey!
