I eat whole grain bread, 90 calories per slice. I am not doing a low carb diet by any means but I've noticed many people that are losing weight don't really eat bread at all.... and I haven't lost much weight. Do I have to give it up? Do any of you eat bread? And I'm talkin' like once a day...

It is only when you put ice cream on the bread that the weight loss stops.0

But what about the pie and ice cream I had earlier?0 -
My motto is anything is good as long as you eat it in moderation and stay at or a little under your calories. You are picking out a good healthy bread to eat. :happy:0

I've lost almost 50 pounds and eat *white* bread, *white* pasta, and/or *white* rice almost every day. I also eat a dessert almost every night after dinner.
No way I'm going without my breads!0 -
I'm another one who eats bread every day. I also eat peanut butter, mayonnaise, chips, ice cream, and *gasp* pizza (at least once a week)! Just count the calories and if it fits into your day, eat that bread and enjoy it! It's a good way to get some grains and fiber.0

Unless you have a medical problem with gluten/wheat, bread and its ilk are fine to eat.0 -
Yes, of course. Wholemeal bread is nutritious and filling.0
