I don't want to lose any more weight. I want to gain muscle now. I am a 5 foot 23 year old female at 102 pounds. So for my goals on myftnesspal, should it be to gain weight? I don't want to gain fat, I want to gain muscle though. Myfitnesspal is very helpful as it allows me to track my macronutrients, especially the amount of protein I consume per day as it is imperative to muscle gain.

im doing the same thing i try to make sure my protein is as deep in the red as possible while still keeping fat, carbs and calories in the green.
protein shakes are very helpful for this0 -
I'd set it to a 0.5 lb. weight gain per week and track all exercise.
If you're willing to accept more fat gain, set it to 1 lb per week weight gain.0
