I'm really angry with myself for this past week. I haven't logged anything!!! And on top of that, hardly any exercise! I have seriously lost my motivation. Any one else having this problem?? If so, what are you doing to get back on top!?

    Yes have done this. Get back on the horse girl you can do it and you know you will feel better about it when you do.
  • Usually I lose motivation when it's my time of month. But the best way to get back on track is to (as Nike says) Just Do It. It's a struggle some days. I try and push for at least 10 minutes of walking or treadmill . . .and usually that 10 minutes turns in to 20 . . . 30 . . . etc. It may be light walking, it may actually be more of a harder work out - but as long as I'm not moping on the couch or "eating my hormones" I know I'm doing better for myself. I have to remind myself how good I feel afterwards and how much better I'll sleep.

    We all have those days, weeks, months.
