New to the forums....hi folks.

I have been using MFP for about 2 months and i have found it to be a brilliant motivator.
I have never needed to diet before, but once i hit the 40 club i began to accumulate some excess...haha.

I do small exercise with a pilates ball and then some weights later, nothing too strenuous to start off with.
I have never been inside a gym, but i did like to stay fit having a boogie years ago.

I have now lost 15lbs, basically just by eating better, and i am working on my CORE muscles( where ever they might be..lol).

I have already lost my fat belly and am starting to see some results with definition on my mid section and my arms are getting more muscular. I could not do 5 proper push ups 2 months ago now i will knock 20 off at anytime.

If i can do this then anyone can, i am a complete novice in every area, i did not even know what "good food " was?

I have gone from a 36 size jeans to a loose size 34 in 2 months, it is very noticable.


Just thought i would say hello to you all, and wish you all well, hang in there guys, have some positive thoughts.

REMEMBER THIS.......HAPPINESS IS NOT A DESTINATION, IT IS A WAY OF LIFE.
