First day back is the hardest

It's been over a year since I stopped following my eating habits and stopped exercising regularly. I decided today I would start back again and I'm fining it is sooo hard to get back into it. I've tried probably half a dozen times to come back over the year and I'll do good for a day or two and then I stop again. Here's to pushing through this time!

    I find the first 3 days are the hardest. You can do this, just take it one moment at a time. A slip up doesn't mean you give up, just keep on going!
