what should i weigh ?
I'm 18 years old and 5'6"
I'm about 150 pounds.

    The healthy BMI range for your height is 115-155. Anywhere in that range is considered healthy. Though some people are healthy above that range.

    I'm at your height, though much older, and 150 is my preliminary goal weight.

    Personally I think that if you are eating right and exercising, the weight you are at is probably the one that is right for you.
